You can choose from all US timezones and set times and days of the week when you'd like the actions to be performed on your behalf.

In the above screenshot, we have turned off activity on weekends, and set the time to be between 9-6PM. If we prefer to update the time or active day, then we can do so in the dashboard.

For support for other timezones let us know, and we can add them in under 24 hours!
